DESCRIPTION
The grill consists of: support box, pan, hob, grill. In order to be able to position a cauldron above the hob, we offer you a cauldron support as a gift.
The support box is 50×50 cm with a height of 60 cm, it has 4 wheels, two of which can be locked for stability.
The drawer in the support box acts as an ashtray.
The pan has 4 mm sheet metal and is positioned above the support box.
The hob has 10 mm sheet metal and is positioned above the pan.
The cauldron support has sides equal to the hob’s feed hole, approximately 35×35 cm.
The sides of the hob are 750 x 750 mm.
Before use, make a fire to burn off impurities, then grease with some fat and you can use the hob.
Keep away from moisture!
Do not open the ashtray while you are making the fire, to maintain a normal draft.
In these models the draft is high and the wood burns faster.
As much as possible, use harder wood (beech, oak, hornbeam).
